Shipping Policy

Our standard of service for shipping your order is 24 hours from date/time of order 7 days a week. Your order will be selected from inventory, receive one final quality check to confirm that it is perfect and packaged with care. We ship using insured postal shipping. Express shipping is facilitated via UPS or Federal Express.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is simple. Please review our terms and conditions before deciding to return a product. For anything that is our fault, such as damages in shipping, lost shipments or defective items, we will happily offer a product exchange or a credit against a future purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We manufacture our product in small quantities to do our part for the environment and to maintain strict product quality control. We encourage you to be sure about your desire to buy a Meglio & Meglio product. Our slow-fashion philosophy discourages impulse purchases and buyer's remorse. Please take all the time you need before making a purchase. We will be happy to serve you when you are ready to buy!

We accept returns for a full refund under the following terms:

1. Returns must be received no later than 28 days after purchase.
2. Product must be unworn with labels and product tags still attached.
3. Any stains or damage (other than a defective product) will be refused.
4. Please use our Contact Us form to advise us you are returning.
5. Please include your order number in the Contact Us form.
6. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and currency.
7. Sale items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns.
8. We do not refund customs duties or importation fees.
9. Customer must pay for return shipping.

Any items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.

Exchanges

We offer product exchanges under the same terms and conditions as our returns. Please contact us using our Contact Us form with details of your original purchase, the reason for the exchange (size, colour, print etc.) and your requested exchange item. Any items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
